Courier Delivery is FREE for all our wonderful customers.

It will take 3-7 working days to receive your order. Please allow 3-5 working days for Processing & 2 working days for delivery.
Please note that we do experience delays due to certain Holidays, including Black Friday and the Festive Season, but rest assured, you will receive your order.
Please note that due to the popularity of our products, stock may run out at short notice, where our agents will contact you, if necessary, for a replacement.
Where are orders shipped from?
We ship out of Warehouses in Johannesburg & Cape Town. Our warehouses don't allow walk-ins.
Is the product genuine?
Yes, we only supply Genuine Products that are also known as Parallel Imports (Rejected Fragrances).
Why are the products so cheap?
All our products come straight from our factories in Belgium & France. We've managed to secure a special batch of designer scents that have been rejected due to certain reasons, which can include minor packaging flaws, Difference in packaging, recipe change or misprints, but the fragrances themselves, still Genuine (Parallel Imports).

How does your refund policy work?
We offer a 30-day guarantee.
** If you're Bottle is faulty, leaking, broken or does not spray, please take a short video and contact our Helpdesk. We will then send out a replacement Bottle to you at no extra charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Yoco as our Payment Merchant. They are the most trusted Merchant in South Africa. We don't see your details and neither do they. They are simply a bridge between you and your bank.
